Erena Baybik is motivated to help those who are going through complicated divorces. She fights to protect the best interests of her clients in the courtroom and helps them build their new future on stable ground. She founded Baybik Law Group, P.C. in May of 2004, and her goal is to provide families the support they need as they go through a divorce, child custody or child support proceeding, or for those looking to adopt.

In addition to her legal work, Erena believes in giving back to the community – she is involved in several community projects. She has been recognized for her pro bono work, both during law school, and as an attorney-practitioner. She has also served on the Arizona State Bar’s Legal Services Committee, helping to provide legal services to low-income families and individuals, and currently serves on Arizona State Bar’s Peer Support Network, where she helps other attorneys going through personal crisis.

She has been recognized for her excellent legal advocacy and has been selected for inclusion in Arizona’s list of Lead Counsel Rated, Lawyers of Distinction for 2018-2019, Top 100 lawyers by the National Advocates, Ten Best by the American Institute of Legal Counsel, and Top 100 Lawyers by the National Advocates, and has a top client rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
