My 30-plus years of experience as a trial lawyer have included both the practice of Criminal Law and Family Law. Having dealt with marital and family issues for myself in court, I bring a deep level of understanding and commitment to my client’s cases. As a Former Chief Assistant Public Defender for Seminole County, Florida my job was to supervise criminal defense attorneys and other staff working on criminal cases. On a daily basis I helped them manage problems they encountered representing thousands of clients. At the same time I was also the head of, and participated in, the Seminole County capital crimes division for that office. This background allows me to aggressively put my experience to work for you. I founded the Law Office of Arthur F. Haft in 2000.
