Richard M. Nazareth II

Richard is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco and has an undergraduate business degree from the University of Florida. He has tried hundreds of bankruptcy and civil foreclosure defense cases in the State of Florida, particularly chapter 7 and chapter 13s, and is also a member of the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, U.S. District Court of Florida for Northern, Middle, and Southern districts. Currently Richard is seeking an LLM in Taxation from the University of Alabama.

Richard’s areas of expertise include chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense law, real estate litigation, family law, and tax law.
