Roman focuses his multi-state law practice on bankruptcy, litigation, business law, and commercial real estate. He helps small business owners find solutions to their legal problems.

Roman has extensive litigation experience from case inception through trial. He has tried more than 50 contested matters including bench trials, evidentiary hearings, and jury trials. He has been named a Florida Super Lawyer from 2016 to 2020.

To better serve his growing client base, Roman partnered with Nardella & Nardella, PLLC, in March 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Roman operated his own firm, Roman V. Hammes, P.L., from 2013 to 2020.

Roman is admitted to practice in the States of Florida and South Carolina. He actively practices in the greater Orlando, Florida, area and the tri-county Charleston, South Carolina, area. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida, the District of South Carolina, and the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
