Charles W. Smith, or “Chuck” as he is known to his friends and clients, founded the firm in July of 2014, but he has been practicing law and trying cases in the State of Florida since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. He is originally from West Des Moines, Iowa and received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Iowa in 1993 before graduating from the Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis in 1996. Licensed in Florida, Iowa and D.C
